Senior Account Manager - U.S. based

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team supporting the company’s expanding foot print in US and international markets. Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients worldwide, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build successful long-term business partnerships.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and close a pipeline of opportunities following a full-spectrum business development process, including prospecting, discovery calls, demos, scoping conversations, proposal development, negotiations and closing

• Implement a consultative sales approach where you learn about your client’s challenges and propose ways of alleviating these challenges with relevant solutions; solutions can encompass one or multiple of our firm’s intelligence subscriptions and advisory service offerings 

• Ensure high levels of gross retention (>95%+) while focusing on significantly expanding footprint within account by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to achieve 120%+ net retention targets

• Manage sales cycles with various decision makers across multiple industry segments, while ensuring you are maximizing commercial value across these organizations

RANE Account Executive / Manager

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team supporting the company’s expanding footprint in US and international markets. The Account Executive will be responsible for positioning the firm’s product and service offerings with clients in a wide variety of industry verticals, as well as maintaining high rates of renewals (90+%) across our existing book of business. 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and close a pipeline through traditional consultative sales activities (prospecting, discovery calls, demos, proposal reviews, and closing)
  • Implement a consultative sales approach where you learn about your client’s challenges and propose ways of alleviating these challenges with relevant solutions.
  • Manage sales cycles with various decision makers at large corporations, law firms, and financial services firms while ensuring you are maximizing deal size across these organizations.
  • Be prepared for weekly pipeline reviews and accurately forecast your quarterly revenue numbers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the sales leadership team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of quota managing, retaining, and growing existing business
  • Experience selling regulatory risk related technology or information solutions to large corporates, law firms, and financial firms is preferred

RANE Data Analyst

RANE is hiring a Data Analyst to support our growing content collection team. This is a hybrid role where the Data Analyst will have dual responsibilities across our Data Operations and Development teams. The Analyst will gain broad exposure to various aspects of RANE’s product offerings and will play an integral role in creating and maintaining data across the RANE organization. 

The Data Analyst’s primary responsibility is usage metrics and reporting for the company, running existing queries and writing new queries. In this position, the Data Analyst will play an integral in creating Tableau dashboards for broader dissemination of usage metrics across the RANE. The Analyst will work alongside RANE’s Development team as well as 3rd parties in order to create a data infrastructure that supports RANE’s reporting needs. 

The Data Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify platform usage trends for the analyst, product and sales team to make more informed decisions. The Data Analyst will work collaboratively with teams across the organization to determine data efficiencies and establish data governance and standards to ensure data quality. 

This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates or individuals with only a few years of relevant work experience to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing, B2B startup serving the dynamic market for enterprise risk management. 

Job Responsibilities Include: 

• Running SQL queries for MySQL (mandatory) and optionally PostgreSQL & Presto-SQL for AWS Athena. 

• Creating queries for custom database reports 

• Creating Tableau visualizations to be used by executive, sales, product and analyst teams 

• Analyzing data for trend identification

RANE Data Quality and Acquisition Analyst

RANE is hiring a Data Quality and Acquisition Analyst to support our growing Content and Data Operations team. This hybrid role involves dual responsibilities within our Product and Data Operations teams. The Data Quality and Acquisition Analyst will gain extensive exposure to various aspects of RANE’s internal teams, product offerings, and tools, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across the organization. 

The primary responsibilities of the Data Quality and Acquisition Analyst include monitoring, tracking, and maintaining RANE’s key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company's various business units and customer-facing products. In addition to KPI tracking, you will be instrumental in reviewing and verifying that our machine learning and AI processes adhere to RANE’s quality standards. 

The Data Quality and Acquisition Analyst will also collaborate with RANE’s Analyst and Product teams to identify problems, data needs and gaps to enhance our analytic workflows and product offerings. The Analyst will work closely with the Data Engineer to execute on the problem opportunities identified. In addition, the Analyst will be responsible for researching relevant data sources for ingestion into RANE’s suite of tools and offerings.
