Stratfor Ranked a Top 10 For-Profit Think Tank

Stratfor has been named one of the top 10 for-profit think tanks in the University of Pennsylvania's 2019 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report, published this week.

The Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program at The Lauder Institute of Management & International Studies delivers its rankings each spring based on criteria including the quality, independence and impact of the think tank; the quality and reputation of staff; quality and reputation of the research and analysis produced and demonstrated commitment to producing independent research and analysis.

"We’re proud of our proprietary methodology and our work to help individuals, businesses and governments more confidently navigate their way through an increasingly complex global system," said Rebecca Lewis, vice president of intelligence at Stratfor. “This ranking demonstrates Stratfor’s value not just to our clients but to the larger conversations about public policy and global geopolitics."

Stratfor’s team of geopolitical analysts and professionals are the core of the strategic advantage we provide our clients. Analysts consume a flood of open-source information each day to unearth emerging trends, challenge assumptions and reconcile conflicting truths to produce objective analysis and forecasts. Those, in turn, help individuals, businesses and governments more confidently navigate through an increasingly complex world.
